General Manager, Joanne has over thirteen years experience in the business, and leads a dedicated team. As Jewellery Buyer at Thomas Cleaver she is continually searching for innovative individual pieces, so providing an exclusive shopping experience. Joanne is a Registered Valuer.

John O'Rourke

As Manager, John has over twenty five years experience in the jewellery trade. John heads the watch department and is responsible for our collection of quality timepieces. He is a qualified Gemmologist and a Registered Valuer.

Clare Hinton Lee

Clare has completed seven years with the company. She is a qualified Gemmologist and is currently studying to become a Registered Valuer. Clare has a passion for period and antique jewellery and is responsible for this area within the showroom.

Paul O'Connor

Paul joined the company in 2007. Paul is a Rolex accredited watchmaker and he comes to the company with eight years of experience in the role, having studied in Birmingham.
